Requirements
All prospective students must have a personal interview with the Admissions Officer prior to admission. The following is required of all potential cosmetology and cosmetology instructor students:- Must be 16 years of age or older
- Must provide a social security card
- Must provide a valid driver’s license
- Must provide a high school diploma or GED
- For instructor program students:
- You must have a cosmetology license
- You must been licensed for a year prior to your enrollment
- Note: All courses are taught in English. We do not offer multi-lingual instruction

Finance Options
Federal Aid
Financial aid is available to those that qualify. Students can apply online at the FAFSA website. Our school code is: 041872. Use our net price calculator as a resource.

Payment in Full
We accept full payments in the form of cash, check, and credit (Visa and Mastercard) on the day of enrollment. See our cosmetology or instructor program pages for tuition information.
Institutional Loans and Student Loans
Students can finance with an interest rate as low as 3% depending on their credit score.
For Transfer Students
Tuition costs for students who transfer is $10 per hour for length of the program enrolled. There is a non refundable enrollment fee of $150. The kit and books can be purchased through New Beginning College of Cosmetology or provided by the student. The student can bring in a kit they have purchase or one provided to them from another school. We can only accept up to 80 percent from another institution. If you wish to transfer your financial aid, you must be in good standing with your current school.
Policy and Procedures Sexual Misconduct Policy and Procedures New Beginning College of Cosmetology maintains a very straightforward policy in regard to sexual misconduct. View our policy here. If one-on-one discussion fails to result in a satisfactory resolution, a written complaint must be submitted to the School Director. The School Director must respond to the complaint in writing within ten (10) business days, excluding Saturday, Sunday and State and Federal holidays. If the student is not satisfied with the proposed resolution, the student must respond to the School Director, in writing, within ten (10) business days, excluding Saturday, Sunday, and State and Federal holidays. The School Director will issue a final written response to the student within ten (10) business days, excluding Saturday, Sunday, and State and Federal holidays.
