Candice attended Dekalb Technical School for cosmetology while in high school and participated in the VICA SkillsUSA State Leadership. Candice graduated from Crossville High school in 2001 and soon after she continued to pursue an education in the hair industry. She then attended New Beginning College of Cosmetology for both cosmetology and the instructors’ program. She completed her student teaching at Marshall Technical School then was hired on as an instructor. Candice prides herself in having former students participate in and win state awards for “Professionalism” in the VICA SkillsUSA competition. Candace is our Level 2 & 3 instructor. She is an extremely knowledgeable instructor, tallying up 20 years in the hair industry. Candice is excellent at preparing her students to move forward in the cosmetology program. She is notorious for finding ways to inspire her students through various motivational materials and bringing significance to those enter our program! “Today is the tomorrow that you were so worried about yesterday.”
